ROSTER DEADLINE: Youth (6/1/12) & Adult (6/8/12)

NEW AND IMPROVED FOR 2012: This year, with the help of the host rink, we will be STRICTLY enforcing the rosters submitted at the roster deadlines.  All players will be checked in different databases, so we can make our best effort to keep the skill divisions as accurate and appropriate as possible.  There may be instances where we are forced to combine divisions, but we are hoping that all of you can fill out rosters true to the divisions you signed up in.  We aniticpate that this group effort will ensure a premium Ice Hockey event for everyone to enjoy.  We are also in the process of modifying a few rules in our format, and we will have those rules posted as soon as we have them finalized.

SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS/DIVISION AGE: Youth players must play in the Powerade State Games according to the age division that they played in the 2011-12 season. An exception for youth players to play up in an older youth division can be requested in writing to the Powerade State Games office. Written parental consent must accompany the request. Youth players may not play down in a younger division, unless approval has been granted by USA Hockey or your Association President, and the player has played in the younger division all year. Written approval from USA Hockey or your Association President and scoresheets to verify that a player has played in a younger age division all year will be required.  Please view the link at the top of the page with the divisions listed and explained.

NOTE: In an attempt to place Travel and House teams in separate and more competitive divisions, any youth player who played on a Travel team during the 2011-12 season may not compete at the House level in the State Games. This includes players wishing to play up a level in a House division.
