REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 26th (Youth) and June 2nd (Adult)  – All entry fees will be required upon the completion of your online team registration using either VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.  If you are unable to register online using your credit card, please contact the Powerade State Games office to learn about alternative entry options.

ROSTER DEADLINE: May 29th (Youth) and June 2nd (Adult)
** This is only for submitting the roster online. The Roster Form/Agreement to Participate form will be turned in at the rink prior to your first game.  Teams must adhere to this deadline in order for rosters to be appropriately reviewed and placed in the correct divisions. You may als utilize the online roster to collect waiver signatures for each participant. Click here for instructions on how to do so.

ROSTER VERIFICATION: We will be strictly enforcing the rosters submitted at the roster deadlines.  All players will be checked in multiple databases along with phone calls to hockey directors, so we can make our best effort to keep the skill divisions as accurate and appropriate as possible.  There may be instances where we are forced to combine divisions, but we are hoping that all of you can fill out rosters true to the divisions you signed up in.  We anticipate that this group effort will ensure a premium Ice Hockey event for everyone to enjoy.  Adult Men will have multiple skill divisions offered, and you will be slotted according to the skill level submitted with your roster.
SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS/DIVISION AGE: Youth players must play in the Powerade State Games according to the age division that they played in the 2016-17 season. An exception for youth players to play up in an older youth division can be requested in writing to the Powerade State Games office. Written parental consent must accompany the request. Youth players may not play down in a younger division, unless approval has been granted by USA Hockey or your Association President, and the player has played in the younger division all year.
