COMPETITION SITE:
 Bagley Fields (4700 Old Hollow Road, Kernersville, NC)

ENTRY FEE: $575 per team 

ENTRY DEADLINE: June 9th

DIVISIONS: Men's and Women's Open will be offered.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Teams must register online using either VISA or MasterCard. If you are unable to register online, please contact the State Games office for alternate registration options.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. All teams must submit rosters by June 16th either by e-mail or using the link above. No player may participate without having his/her name and signature on the Agreement to Participate sheet. Agreement to Participate sheets with all signatures MUST be turned in prior to playing your first game.

RULES: 2017 U.S. Lacrosse Rules will apply. We will be following Collegiate Club rules. The following rules supplement those listed on the website:
  • The match will consist of 10 minute running time quarters.
  • No horns.
  • No time counts except for the goalie.
  • 5 longpoles maximum.
  • Penalty time is served.
  • If the match ends in a tie, sudden death overtime will decide the match.

AWARDS: Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams respectively in each division. Only those coaches and players listed on the official roster will receive medals.  Medal-winning teams will qualify for the 2019 State Games of America at Liberty University.
