COMPETITION SITE: Wingate University

COMPETITION DATES:  June 22nd-23rd

TRYOUT FEE: There is a $15 tryout registration fee per player. The tryout fee is a one-time payment that makes you eligible to attend as many tryouts in your region that you want to attend.  There will be an additional $30 for players that are selected. Fees are non-refundable.  Only players from the classes of 2014 and 2015 are eligible to tryout.

NEW FOR 2013: Boys will be comprised of 6 different regions, and the Girls will be comprised of 4 different regions.  The regions are labeled differently for the boys and the girls, so please refer to the regional maps above to make sure you are registering in the appropriate region.

DESCRIPTION: Some of the best boys and girls soccer players from all across the state will tryout different regions to represent their region at the Showcase Weekend at Wingate on June 22-23.  There will be separate boys teams and girls teams in each region.  Teams will be competing against each other for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in a showcase-oriented format.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: Players must bring water bottles, shin guards and a ball to tryouts.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

 •  Players must register for tryouts online before arriving (see "Register Now" link above)

•  Players must attend at least 1 tryout in order to be selected, but are encouraged to attend all tryouts 

•  Registration is limited to only rising Juniors and Seniors (Classes of 2014 and 2015)

REGISTRATION PROCESS: All players must register before attending a tryout on the Powerade State Games Web site with MasterCard or Visa.  For those who are unable to register online, please contact our office to learn about alternative registration options.
